I have come here to Chew bubblegum and design… and I’m all out of bubblegum.
I have always been creative, but nothing compares to the speed and potential of digital for reaching an audience. Ever since I first dialed into the internet and loaded my first webpage on Netscape I was hooked. I formalized my design training at the largest and most comprehensive art, design and media university in Canada – OCAD U. I have been working as a human-centered visual designer ever since.
I love things that are well designed, like a simple but cleaver logo, kitchen drawers that don’t slam, earphones that fold up and fit in your pocket, or anything that doesn’t require an instruction book. I love the simple but sophisticated presentation of sushi. I love a bauhaus inspired poster. I love to solve problems. I love YouTube. I love exercising. I love eating well. I love family. I love animals. I try to incorporate as many of things I love into the work I do.
